Piano delivery by crane
Sometimes a piano cannot be delivered by manpower alone. This is when we use our HIAB /lorry mounted crane. This vehicle is capable of lifting a concert grand 34 metres (110 feet) high and is operated via remote control by our highly experienced crane operator, who has over 15 years experience moving pianos into awkward spaces. the crew also consists of an crane supervisor and slinger/signaller, we only operate on a contract lift basis where we cover all paper work including lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments, we comply to all health and safety lifting requirements and are members of CPA, all of this will be put together by our qualified appointed person.
We have delivered thousands of pianos by crane, particularly in London where customers want their pianos delivered to penthouses/apartments.
